So I've missed school and come into school late before(feeling sick, etc), but I've never had an unexcused absence. They have always been excused.
I noticed the other day that when I had to get a copy of my attendance record for Girls State, that I had an unexcused absence from October. It is only a class period because I left school early and my teacher marked me excused when I had a pass.
Anyways I tried to get it fixed but my subschool principal and counselor is making it such a hassle to get fixed and I have to get all these notes and signatures and "proof" and I'm wondering how much the Academies will look at that. Will it hurt me?
I'm only making it such a big deal to get fixed because of the academies, but I'm wondering if they even see that.
