I wasn't exactly sure from the paperwork, but do you have to schedule a separate appointment with your own audiologist or does the medical examiner do that part as well?

There are some locations where there is a requirement for an Audiologist. Most locations, the hearing exam is accomplisged during the medical exam. Send me an email with your posting, full name, and Last 4 of SSN and I can assist you better from there
