I recently took the CFA and the results were posted to my candidate portal by my gym teacher. I just noticed on my USMA candidate portal today that I have been authorized to retake the Candidate Fitness Assessment.
Does this mean I failed the CFA? I looked at the "CFA Instructions" booklet on my candidate portal and based on my scores, I scored above average on every part of the test but the flexed arm-hang, which I held for about nine seconds. I assume that the flexed arm-hang is what made me fail the test.
At this point I just want to get the CFA completed, so does anyone happen to know the minimum passing score for the flexed arm-hang? I realize I should strive for above-average, but I don't think I will be able to hold the flexed arm-hang for nineteen or twenty seconds. I also cannot perform a pull-up.
