The real answer is you should be striving to max the PRT on every part of it. So unless you can do the max, keep working on getting closer. If you aren't doing 101 (M)/85 (F) pushups, 101 situps, and 8:15 (M)/9:35 (F) for 1.5 mile run, you have your work cut out.
PEP/PT/PRT during the summer is either a good or bad way to stand-out. The better you can do, the better it reflects on your performance.
