practice makes perfect
make sure you PRACTICE the basketball throw (ETC) before you take the actual test.
On of the biggest mistakes is that kids make is that they think; "oh, I can do that" ...but if they don't practice, they won't do well. Good luck.

Good luck.Thanks for your thoughts...Practice Practice Practice I did...I submitted my scores last week, and have received my official Blue Folder offering me an appointment. I agree: it wasn't easy...it's in the technique, the core, and the breathing....
