Being Boarded

During the last round the AROTC web portal was updated long before any letters were received.. It was a good 30 days before we heard anything and that was a local phone contact. ROO at #1 choice confirmed the details. We didn't get the letter until sometime in December with less than 30 days before the decision deadline after the Oct board.

So the portal should update soon?
 
For the first board (in mid-to late October), I don't believe that the portal was updated until late November or early December (if memory serves me correctly).
If you've been boarded, let it be. you'll hear eventually and there's no point in stressing over it.
 
The board was just last week 2nd High School Selection Board 25-Jan-16.
I'd be surprised if you hear anything or see anything before the last week of February (with regard to notification of being a "winner." I don't remember the timing on when the status changed to "boarded."
 
I was boarded in the second boards for AROTC as well and have not heard back yet so you are not alone in the waiting process!!
