Best AFROTC Detachments

Researching different detachments they claim things like "third best in the South West!". Where is this ranking/list of all the AFROTC detachments in the country? Also does anyone know some in general top quality AFROTC detachments? Thanks.

Google AFROTC Right of Line winners for recent years. They award 3 winners each year based on detachment size.

Attending a college you love and a ROTC program you feel you are a good fit will be more beneficial than joining a det that won last yr the best det.
