Does anyone know the best place to buys boots, specifically Belleville 390's? I was thinking online but don't want to have problems with sizing and having to send them back and forth. I can't think of any stores that would sell them either in CT. Anyone have any ideas?

You should be able to call Belleville at 618-233-5600 to locate a dealer near you, or closest to you in any case.

Are the Belleville boots available at the Clothing Sales shops on AF bases? I was planning to have my DD go there to at least try on the boots to ensure she knows the correct size to buy or tell the Academy.

Ranger Joe's, Commandos or similar would be good if you do not have a boot letter. Are you a USMA candidate?

Bought Bellevilles online following the sizing advice, go one size smaller for summer boots (390) and a half size smaller with winter boots (795), with good results.
    Had no dealer nearby.

Since you indicate you are form CT, your best course of action is probably to go to USMA with your authorization letter and shop there, easy to find the number for Military Clothing Sales online and give them a call. Cheap insurance for your DD to try on what he is buying...

I wasn't appointed to USMA. Didn't even try to get an appointment. Plus, I am posting on my own behalf. My parents aren't posting for me

If you have a boot letter from usma you can buy through the exchange / AAFES. Don't know if AFA offers similar, though I'd expect they would
