BFE

Last year they did not actually send out BFE's. My DS just received a letter notiftying him of an appointment and that came about a week after it posted on his portal. I'm not positive but I don't recall him receiving anything via snail mail after he accepted his appointment. I believe all of his paperwork was pretty much done online.

I do know that West Point still sends them out but I think USAFA does not do it anymore.

Same with my DD. She received a TWE containing an acceptance letter (last year). All paperwork is online. She got the acceptance certificate from her ALO during a presentation at her high school.

DD got a BFE from USNA, so they, as well as USMA, still send all paperwork out.
