BGO Hasn't Submitted Interview?

According to my USNA portal, my BGO has yet to submit the interview write-up. The rest of my file is complete. He is usually quite slow to reply to email, however the interview took place back in November and I don't want to send him an email directly asking him to submit it. Do BGO's have to submit interviews by the 1/31 application deadline.
 
If it's been over a month, I would send an email to the BGO politely asking if he's had a chance to submit your interview. You might state that your packet is o/w complete. My guess is he may have forgotten.
