I just took my DODMERB medical exam and I thought everything went really good! However, i am a little worried about my blood pressure readings. My first blood pressure reading was 146/76 which made me have to get another reading at the end of my exam. Then at the end of my exam it was 110/33. I thought it was weird but my physician said that it was good. She said that since i dont show any signs of hypotension and that my heart sounds healthy and my heart rate was 49 (i guess thats good) bpm that there was nothing to worry about. i am very active, but my question was, is this a disqualification?

You probably had White Lab Coat Syndrome. You know, the way your BP increases when inside a doctor's office. You can ask others but I think you're ok

well i actually do have white coat syndrome and i know that if i meet the doctor for a bit my blood pressure drops but I have never had my diastlic number so low as 33. My usual blood pressure is 110/55 or around that range so i was a little indifferent when i noticed it was 110/33. But i do have white coat syndrome.
