CA nomination copies

Congresswoman Anna Eshoo asks for four copies of the original completed nomination packet. My original transcript and recommendations are in sealed envelopes. Does anyone know if she requires sealed envelopes for the copies and/or for the original? Can I provide one sealed version and four copied versions?

have you considered sending an email to the person in that office who deals with the nomination process? No one here can give you an authoritative answer about how an individual congressional office works.
