How do we know if we are invited to Cadet For A Day? They said it was "invite only" and my letter said

"AIM is not the only program that can give you an insight into life as a cadet. You are encouraged to take advantage of the Academy’s other campus programs to learn more about CGA and the opportunities available to you. These programs include:

    • Cadet for a Day
    • Genesis Invitational
    • Bears Day
    • Admissions Briefing and Campus Tour (Mondays, Fridays, & Saturdays)"
Is this an invite or do they actually send those out later?

We were told by my son admissions counselor that he would receive an email invite via email sometime in or about August.

Yes. Those invitations will go out later this summer. As an aside, I verified with Admissions that there are possibilities for those who did not apply to AIM for one reason or another to be considered for CFAD. Bear in mind (Ha!) that available slots fill fast.

    Go Bears!

AO wait until they know who attended AIM (AIM waitlisters don't know yet if they are attending) as AIM attendees are not eligible for CFAD so that delays sending out the invitation until August.

Do you know if CFAD is available for reapplicants, or only for high school seniors?
