Can I apply for a nomination now (sophomore)?

I have been getting ready for nominations now at the end of my Sophomore year. I know from reading many of these posts that I should apply for all the nominations that I am available/applicable to do. I just visited the site for the Vice President nomination. I can fill it out now, but I do not know if I should. Will I not be able to apple for it again in my Junior year? Will they look at it now? Will it not get read and leave me unable to apply for it again? What Should I do?

Do not apply now. It needs to be when they are taking applications for your class (which is 2021).
