I know this is posible for the AFA and the USNA but since I also plan on applying for the coast guard academy I want to know if yo have the option to contiue your education through med school? I think a better question would be can you even take medical schools required classes at the USCGA?

No. The Coast Guard uses U.S. Public Health Service doctors. There are a very small number of physician assistants that are Coast Guard officers, and I'm talking a handful. They are generally direct commission.

Don't join the Coast Guard if you hope to go to medical school. In fact, if you're set on med school there are far easier ways to go than a service academy.

Like LITS said, don't come to CGA if you want to be a doctor. That being said, I heard that the PA program is now available to junior officers, so entering the medical profession could be an option later down the road.
