Can you submit documents for VMI via postview?

In my experience, PostView is just a place where you can view the documents they've already received. I'd try scanning or faxing them in to admissions.
 
When I sent my documents to VMI, I scanned them and emailed them to admissions. I received a prompt reply that they had been added to my file.

Call admissions and ask for an email address to send attachments if they will accept them that way. They are very helpful. DS did everything snail mail 4 years ago and it took some time for the documents to show as received on Post View.
 
my DD sent everything in for her acceptance via scanned pdf into admissions

so yes, they accept that

your particular admissions officer's email is on website if you do not already have that
