About a week ago I submitted my Candidate Activities Record. Unfortunately, I did it in a rush and without the assistance of my father. For some reason I get anxious with the whole USNA admissions process and I have this feeling that I have to get everything sumbitted in a rush.

The problem is I want to get access to my activities record again so that I can sit down with my father and go over it with him. Luckily my guidance counselor hasn't submitted the form yet, and he said he'll hold off until I make corrections. So my real questions are:

1) Can I get access to the form so I can correct it myself

2) What should I do? Obviously I should call the Admissions office, but I'm not really sure what to say. I feel like an idiot because I submitted my form too quickly- and I was being an idiot at that moment, but I've learned from my mistake. How would you guys handle this situation?

why dont you ask your guidance counselor if you can look at it (with your dad) from their email? im not saying that they should give you their email password- but maybe you could look at it on the computer in the guidance counselor's office.
also, i had to change my teacher recommendations about 3 times- dont feel bad! if you dont want to call everything that is sent by email is updated that day or the next business day.
Good Luck!

Your best bet would be to review it with your guidance counselor. However, if it's too late for that and you are worried you did not include enough info on the document, they always accept updates. To send a list of updates it must be in resume format and they told me no longer than 2 pages. Just make it in a word document and add it as an attachment to an email to candidate guidance. No need to worry. Hope the advice helped.
