Candidate File has been opened

Hello, today I was notified by West Point that my candidate file has been opened, however, when I go to Overview, it still states:

** This evaluation will not begin until July 31, 2015 at theearliest for most candidates to USMA 2020.**
 
It means that you are a competitive candidate and your portal will be (or has been) opened. It will encourage you to strengthen your file and apply to all noms that you are qualified for.
