Effective immediately, coaches MAY NOT administer the CFA unless they are also a Physical Education teacher.
Authorized administrators include:
BGOs
Active duty commissioned officer (note the "active duty," retired doesn't count)
PE teacher (coaches who are also PE teachers qualify)
JROTC instructors
Senior military instructor(s) at prep schools
CFAs already submitted will be honored AND CFAs at NASS count.
If you cannot find someone authorized to conduct the CFA contact your admissions counselor. I would also recommend contacting the area coordinator as sometimes other BGOs can assist if one can't.
It also sounds like this is across all SAs, though can't vouch for that. The website and application instructions will be updated.
