I believe scores are submittted on-line. If you want to submit new scores, contact your Regional Director at CGO; he or she can "reset" the system or otherwise advise how to do it.
BTW, be sure that there is a substantial improvement in the scores -- e.g., 30 seconds in the run. Also, USNA focuses on crunches, push-ups and the run. It's obviously best to do well in all events, but don't stress over a bad B-ball throw -- stress over a slow run.
