Candidate Information webpage problems

    Is anyone else having problems logging in to their candidate information page on the admissions webpage? DD keeps getting an error message and after switching operating systems yesterday on the computer I am hoping it is not something on our end.

    We are not having trouble logging in but I noticed yesterday that his Admission Counselor changed. Seems kind of like a strange time of year to have a change in the admissions department. Not sure what to think of that or if my DS should reach out to the new counselor to introduce himself. Thoughts, anyone?

    I am having the same problem. I have been for about a month. I asked my admissions counselor and he said it was not on USNA's end.

    DD's AC also changed a few days ago. I wondered the same thing about emailing her.

    The website just started working again, so I guess it was on their end.

    I had no issues logging in, and my counselor did not change. Region 3

    It may not fix the issue, but sometimes it can help to try a different browser.

    I tried using both Chrome and Explorer with no luck. That is on the computer though. I am oddly able to log in on my phone and experience no problems.

    Changing of Regional Directors and Admission Counselors are a fairly common practice. I really would not worry about it --- it has no impact on your DS/DD and it isn't necessary to reach out to them. There might be a variety of reasons it was done at this time.

    DD has been having this problem for about a month. She can't log in on our main computer, but can log in on the kitchen computer on the same network, and on her phone. We just get this square sad face that says "No Data Received" Reload. I have cleared the cache, updated java platform, changed operating systems, turned off the pop up blocker, everything I can think of, nothing works. And I can't find anything different between the settings on this computer and the other one. So strange.

    That is exactly the same error message that I receive.

    I finally turned our laptop off and rebooted it and it worked again <shrugs shoulders>
