For the special remarks section, I was wondering if I should put down some things I've won showing animals at local fairs like Grand Champion. It says its for sports things so I didn't know if this would count. Thanks

Of course, you should include it. It demonstrates commitment and dedication and that you have what it takes to ensure you put their needs first. It also shows your ability to manage multiple responsibilities in your day-to-day life.

Put this information in the Non-Athletic Activities Section of the CQ.
Check "Other' and then describe your 'other' activities in the box next to it. :thumb:

Thanks for the replies. What about having a part time job at a restaurant? Do I put that on it? And does working on a farm count as a job possibly?

I know that, on the CAR, there is a spot to put your part-time job (during school year?), if I recall correctly.

what happens if you fail the pre-candidate questionaire? Do you strengthen your accomplishments more and then apply again? Or is it a one shot deal?

If your RC deems your file not strong enough to move on to the main application, it will be closed for that year. You can speak to them and ask specifically what you need to do to improve - whether it is academics or leadership - and if it is possible to improve that enough, you could find your application reopened later in the cycle.
