I was wondering at what time would it be best for me to arrive at the Naval Academy, or BWI Airport?? And approximately, what time would we leave on Saturday? How much money should be brought?

I can't answer your first question. Plan to leave around noon; that's when saturday morning training ends normally. you shouldnt need much money. maybe a little if the plebe you are with decides to order food from off the yard or you gusy go to drydock.
 
Get there as early as you can. I had planned it perfectly to be in Annapolis by 1 (I like exploring towns), unfortunately one mishap with my first plane made me arrive at the Academy around 5:45 pm. It didn't cause any problems, but a lot of anxiety.

So if you're coming from a very small airport like me, get there as early as possible. If you have more choices, time yourself for BWI around 3:30-4:00 pm. That gives you plenty of time.

You'll leave at 11 am Saturday. Money, that's up to you. I only brought what was needed for the shuttle and airport food, but I saw plenty of people that went to the Mid Store.

This is all assuming the schedule for your weekend is the same as the one a couple weeks ago.
 
So do you pay for the shuttle service to and from BWI to the Academy?? If so, would it be cheaper to get a ca:confused:b??
 
Nope. Super Shuttle is really the best. $70 for both ways. I gave a small tip.
 
I know you can"t tell just now how cold it will be, but will it require a heavy jacket, or hoodie?
 
Sharing BWI Shuttle Ride

Anyone interested in sharing a super shuttle ride between BWI and the Naval Academy for the CVW on 12-1-11 and 12-3-11? Cost for one person is $35 each way and $12 for each additional person so cost drops significantly with more riders. Up to 10 people can share a van.
 
Be prepared. Take a jacket that is warm. My kid went before the noreastern hit and he said it got cold. Especially walking to a football game.
