Carlson Wagonlit Travel to R-Day

Hello all,
I opted to travel out to R-Day using the Carlson Wagonlit option. Today, they sent me a confirmation email which said that I had to cough up $500 for the plane ticket and accomodations. Am I correct in understanding that it is reimbursable by USMA?

That is correct. Look back in the "Instructions for Candidates Offered Admission".

There is a reminder several times to save all of your receipts. It says your receipts will be collected by the Defense Military Pay Office. They also list a number to call with questions: Travel Pay Section (845) 938-6105/3627.
