    Hi everyone,
I took my initial DoDMERB exam back in August and needed a repeat urinalysis. I completed that DoDMERB on September 3rd. However, due to the DoDMERB site being down for maintainence, my status has not been updated nor my appointment even checked in. The most recent piece of information that the DoDMERB site lists is the request for my remedial. The DoDMETS site, however, states that my case is "case closed". I was wondering if this is good or bad news.

DoDMETS is run by a contractor, Concorde, out of Philadelphia. They are responsible for the scheduling of your DoDMERB physicals as well as getting the data to DoDMERB. Sounds like that phase of the process is complete and that is why the "case is closed". To find out the status at DoDMERB, you need to contact them directly by calling their help line. The number is on this forum or on the log in page for their site. This process is lengthy so I would not be stressed at all that your status has not changed. It is still early in the game. Just follow up on it. . .

Agreed with Blackbird - DoDMETS is us (Concorde, the contractor) and case closed indicates we sent the appropriate documents to DoDMERB (the Department of Defense).

The number for them is 1-800-841-2706. As I understand it, the site is also back up and running.

    Cheers,
    Joe
