When i was reading the booklet that comes with the accpetance letter, it said in the CBT section that there is a physical fitness test during the first week of best. Now, is this a pass or fail test where I could be sent home if don't pass it? Is there anything like that besides the APFT where you could get dismissed if you dont pass?
    Thanks!!

No, you arent sent home if you fail. Actually, in one of their presentations to the accepted students, the supe said that at the begining of beast, only 55% of new cadets passed and at the end 95% did. If you have some sort of medical condition that they catch on the first day, it is possible for them to send you home I believe

I recall my son saying the fitness test at the beginning of beast was diagnostic. They just want to see where you are at. Near the end of beast you will have another fitness test that counts. Even if you fail this test you will not be sent home, you will be doing remedial PT and get another chance to pass.

I don't think there is, but could a current cadet comment on this?

^Aronson is correct. It is possible to be sent home for a medical reason.
