Centralized database for nominations?

Is there an online resource that shows how many applicants/nominees/nominees appointed come from each district to each SA? This would give a good idea of how competitive each district is and would even allow the making of a map to show the numbers. Just curious.
 
I have been combing the internet for some time to determine how many openings each of my MOC's have available in a given SA. If I understand correctly, each are permitted 5 per SA. I want to know how many attendees/cadets my MOC has at each SA. The closest thing I have been able to find out is - usually an MOC has 1 opening per SA, sometimes 2, but rarely more than 2. Hope someone who knows of an existing database will tell us.
