Hello,
I was wondering if my brother-in-law can administer the CFA. I know it says relatives, but I do not know the extent to that. He is a Marine Corps NCO, so I am not sure about that as well. Any feedback is great, thank you in advance.

Okay, thank you, I just didn't know because for some stuff such as the ROTC fitness assessment and the coast guard academy one did not have a problem when I mentioned it.

Rules may vary by SA. I know that WP has made some changes in the last 2 yrs since it sounded like too many were showing up out of shape and obviously not to the level of fitness their CFA score would indicate. Always use the most current instructions for the specific academy you are applying to.

"Brother-in-law" is clearly a relative, so the answer for WP is NO.
