I know you get these all the time, but I just am curious. So my CFA is coming up(the final thing I need to do) and I'm a little short on scores. I've never been one super physical kid until this last year. My CFA is pretty much lame right now:

    B-ball toss: 73 ft
    pull-ups: 6:eek:
    sit-ups:89
    shuttle run: 8.9 sec
    push-ups: 64
    1 mile run: 6:22

I know my scores arent great in the least, but I have two questions. Can somebody help me on how to increase the pull-up score, and would these scores pass the CFA? Thanks.

    Passing

When I took my CFA I think that all of my scores were just below yours except for maybe push-ups (Same # of pull-ups:redface:). I passed USNA's minimum standards, and as I understand it the SAs all have the same minimums. I may be wrong though. Whether or not these scores are competitve, I wouldn't know.

I will be taking my CFA again, and look forward to any advice.

Those scores to me don't really seem that bad. Especially the B Ball throw and your mile. If you just keep working at what you need to you should max out on everything.
