CFA:Push-ups

    For the CFA, is there a specific kind of push-up that we have to perform? Like wide grip or narrow grip?

    The answer is there is no specific placement as long as you meet the standards (break 90, go all the way up). With elbows along the sides the tendency is to not go all the way up but as long as those criteria are met they count. Some find that sliding hands to different positions helps improve numbers by using slightly different muscles
