CFA Question

On the USNA application, there is a field for the "Candidate Fitness Assessment Application" which requests the information of a PE Instructor or Coach. In regard to this: I am planning to ask a PE Instructor or a Coach from a different school (other than mine since my school is in a Downtown area with no equipment or room for the CFA) to be the person who oversees my CFA. Does anyone know whether this would be okay with the Naval Academy and/or the Air Force Academy?

It does not have to be your Coach or PE Instructor. Preferably it should be someone that has experience with performing the CFA.
 
USNA posts instructions on the usna.edu website under admissions and then the CFA. The instructions include who may administer the test.
 
Right. It sounded like I was implying anyone could do it which is not what I meant. Unlike your teacher recommendations the qualified person does not have to personally know you so using another Coach is fine as long as they meet the qualifications set forth. It is easier if they have administered the test before but that is not required and instructions are provided to them.
