Ok, so I'm taking my CFA this coming Monday because I feel like I'm ready. However I have a quick question in regards to the rules on the pull-up and push-up tests. So let's say I complete the most pull-ups I can before the two minutes is up. Can I drop down from the bar and let rest of the time run out until I have another three minutes of rest time? Am I allowed to drop from the bar? Same goes for push-ups: if I finish before the two minutes is up, do I get the rest of the event time after I get out of push-up position to rest, and am I allowed to get out of push-up position before the two minutes is up? Thanks in advance for the help!

Yes! If you max the event you may stop and use that time as rest.
    Good luck!

Please take this as the genuine compliment it is intended as...

If your concerns are around what happens after you max events, I think you are going to do just fine on the CFA with or without extra rest. :thumb:
