    Awesome scores!

How are your workouts? And how did you throw the BB? Was it as stated in this thread?

    Those are great scores!

My mile run about a 5:30, and I can do sit-ups fine, but when I do pushups, I can't even reach 50. I just need to stay dedicated and work hard..

    Workouts

I just do a ton of push ups, sit ups, and pull ups all at 1 times and then go running so it is kind of like the real CFA. For the ball throw i did a lot of the things that were in that thread and i am definitely going to try out the rest. Thanks guys
And can anyone give me any advice on how to improve my mile. I run a 530 in track but after all that other stuff i just suck.

Guys max the run at 5:20, so in track you aren't that far off. Just keep practicing in the order of the CFA, so that you can run the mile when it counts! Good luck
