I took my CFA yesterday, how do my scores look?

    BBall throw- 77ft
    Pullups- 14
    Shuttle- 9.79
    Crunches- 68
    Push Ups- 71
    Mile- 7:30

Are these competitive compared to the average? I know that the Pushups and Pullups or probably the closest things I have to a max score.

It is 78 crunches, not 68 I can't edit it though.

    So:
    BBall throw- 77ft
    Pullups- 14
    Shuttle- 9.79
    Crunches- 78
    Push Ups- 71
    Mile- 7:30

    How does it look?

    I'm both, predominately male though.

Assuming that you will be considered a male, everything looks decent except for the run (I am just comparing this to what i see on the male averages and male max list in the sticky post).

You'd better start running or you'll be waking up every morning for remedial PT.

Trust me, my mile has gone down like 15 seconds since then. I took that test on an empty stomach in below freezing weather, with a sore knee and shin.

That is nowhere near my normal time.

Retesting might be a good idea, if you do not believe that was your full potential.

You won't always be taking the PRT in great conditions.

Mile, crunches and shuttle could stand some improvement. Not terrible but, if you can do better, you may want to resubmit.
