CFA?

I was wondering how weighted the CFA is. I just took it and got 58 feet basketball throw, 11 pull ups, 9.5 shuttle run, 95 situps, 75 pushups, but a 8:10 mile. It was cold and I just felt like I couldn't breathe throughout the mile. Is it worth it to take the physical over?

Put it this where: there is always room for improvement. I've been told by my BGO that it's the mile, situps and pushups that are the most crucial. Those look like maxed out situps and pushups..? You really want to drop that mile time. I ran my mile on an indoor track about a month ago, where it was cool but not to the point of where it affected your muscles. We are about similar but my mile time was 2 minutes faster.

USNA lets you take the test as many times as you want (if your instructor is willing to re-administer it :shake:). Trust me, you want to drop that mile time by a lot.
