My DD took the CFA at Air Force Summer Seminar (which doesn't count). Then she took it at the Naval Academy Summer Seminar. Navy admissions entered the results of the CFA into her official application as "successfully completed." No one actually stated whether she passed the CFA. She seemed to do well in all events. Does "successfully completed" mean that she passed?

The Navy does it a little differently. If it says successfully completed, it means that she reached the minimum. Her liaison officer would be able to tell her what she did and if it's competitive. If it is, she can have the Navy forward that to the Air Force. If not, you don't have to forward. The Navy will let her retake the CFA as many times as possible. I don't know about the Air Force.
