I took my CFA this last week and these were my scores:
72ft bball throw
15pullups
8.5 shuttle run
54situps
75 pushups (Max)
6:43 mile.
Other than my situps everything is at or above average. Can anyone who has been around for a while speculate on whether they believe this is a pass or not. I'm assuming it is but just thought I'd ask. Thanks!

You might be pushing it on your situps. Good job on the rest of the events. You have some wiggle room with your pushups and mile; so really go all out on situps even if you might be gasses for pushups. Remember, your elbows only have to touch half way up your thighs. They don't even feel like full situps. Try to pound out 30-40 real quick, then take a quick break and do sets of 10 until you get to around 60/65.

I also took mine today, and I got:

65ft bball throw
12 pull ups
8.3 shuttle
95 sit ups
65 push ups
6:31 mile

I agree with got_milk. You will want to consider retaking it to improve your situps--aim for the 70's at least. I am not sure if 54 is passing, but it is very close. The rest of your CFA will be just fine.

wnew, you should have no problems with your CFA. If you really want something to work on, though, try to get 5-10 feet further on the BB throw and 1-2 more pullups.

Good luck to both of you! This is an exciting time of year. :thumb:

The Academy PFT minimum for sit-ups is 58. I'm not sure if the CFA minimum is related.

Just as an update I have confirmed with the Academy that those scores are passing. Thanks for all of your inputs!
