Did a practice CFA at home, still have room for improvement? Don't want to take any chances when applying

    Basketball:50:eek:
    Pull ups: 18
Shuttle Run: 9.1 Concrete, maybe gym floors are better to run on
    Sit ups: 95
    Push ups:75
Mile: No space to run...guessing around 6:30-6:45

That's not bad. Here's a tip: don't worry about it too much. They let a lot of people in that are less physically fit than that. If you have the rest of the statistics to back it up you're golden.

Nice! Those are almost like me! Except I think my throw was 75' or something. But you beat me on the situps by 10. Nice scores!

Your run time will be lower than you expect, but you have very good scores. CFA will not be an issue for your app.

hmm I'm not sure about the run, I did one with no cfa before and I only ran 6:15, so i'm guessing some fatigue might make it some more time.

fruity, definitely work on that run - if you train hard everyday the time will improve. Find a partner or some other form of motivation. At 6:15, your CFA mile will be close to 7:00.
