It's done updating today I guess and no news for us. I'm sure DS will be a denial from looking at scores on this board but I was kind of hoping he could be prep. I will just keep thinking no news is good news. He had one other great offer from a school and turned it down. I was heatbroken. Oh well, if this is a no go we are down to deciding between 3 schools and have a couple of weeks.
 
My portal changed today, though I am a C/O 2018 appointee. Only difference was a tattoo/body piercing form showed up under the forms that must be completed (it was not there yesterday). :rolleyes:
 
DS contacted his ALO. She was confused as she filled out that info on him when she did her Interview and made her Form a part of his App. Almost seems like something similar to the Sizing Chart notice to disregard the other day. Anyway, they are going to meet to knock it out.
 
Still a candidate, no change in status. When I talked to my ALO on Tuesday she said to her knowledge they were still meeting and would be for a little longer. She also said she has heard from other ALO's that they are still having trouble submitting their candidate's interview so that may be taking a little longer than normal.
 
No change this morning. Still a candidate. Seriously going to put the other acceptances in a priority order. Guess it is time for some other college visits over his late Spring break. Haven't given up, just being realistic.

I'm still confident I'll get an appointment, but it's definitely time to pay fees and such for my plan B.
 
I have a feeling as soon as I put up my $400 deposit for plan b that i'll be notified of appointment haha. But on a serious note, still no update. I asked my senator's office about a week ago if they had heard anything and they said no. Just gotta assume that means my MOC's slate hasn't been chosen from yet

My DS received the "We Regret to Inform you" email 5 am est.

Its a good thing we put plan B into place last week and paid his deposit.

According to Admissions, the release date on the portal is the date the software was updated - not the date individual portals were updated.
