CIS & DoDMERB sites down?

For the past several days, I haven't been able to access the CIS nor the DoDMERB pages. Can anyone confirm the server statuses for these two sites?

I am still unable to access these sites.
This is the message I get when I try to open the page:

This webpage is not available.
The webpage at https://dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil/default.asp might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Any techies out there who can help? I tried using my other computer and I get the same message. Could it be my router settings? I can access other secure sites just fine but it's just these two that I'm having issues with.

I get in DODMERB OK.

Check your computer.

My first guess is a DNS problem. Your ISP would have too look into it, but try OPENDNS and see if it helps: http://www.opendns.com/

I am having the same problem. Changed DNS address per OpenDNS and no help.

Disregard. Finished the OpenDNS update and all is working fine. Thanks for the help.
