CIS website technical problem?

DD tried getting to her CIS this morning and cannot get past the initial portal (i.e., before even entering her personal information). She got this message:

Error!
The following unhandled error has occurred in the routine acawq000$prmi.FormQuery:

ORA-20999: An error has occurred. Contact IT Services at x33500. Privileges for the module (ACAWQ000 - ) do not exist.

Please contact your support representative.


Is anyone else having the same problem?
 
My son got the same message yesterday and this morning.
Any insight would be appreciated.
 
Glad to see we weren't the only ones with same problem!

We are having the same problems here - glad to see it just wasn't "operator error" on my part!
 
I've been getting the same message since Wednesday afternoon. However, things still seem to be functioning in the admissions office, my nomination was dated last Thursday (11/15), received 11/16 and I recieved my BFE yesterday (11/23) despite my nom never showing up in the CIS system prior to Wednesday.
 
I'm not sure if others have noticed in the other thread regarding this question, but today on the USNA Admissions Facebook page they stated that they have been made aware of the issue and intend to remedy it on Monday.
 
You might want to 'Friend' the

USNA and the USNA Admissions Dept and you'll see they've posted there about a Technical Glitch. FB seems a place where info from these entities is frequently posted, and found.

Good morning candidates, we are aware that there is a technical issue affecting the Candidate Information System. We will work to correct the issue as soon as possible on Monday morning when our offices reopen. Thank you for your patience and have a great Sunday!
 
Hot off the FB press, per USNA Admissions:

The Candidate Information System is back up and running! Please let me know if you experience any further issues!
