Charlie Company this will be our communication method use this thread if you need help with anything if you a deficient in an area this will the best way to get advice and a chance for personal help we are a brother hood and we need to build upon that so check this place often post any viable information tips tricks or other crap.
 
Gibbons,its Oatridge, I dont think anyone knows about this site from our Company. I know someone created a fb group to do the same thing
 
Yea don't pay any attention to the fb page. its unprofessional. The first discussion is about hated cadre. we need to help each other, not gossip
 
Yeah i feel you thats pretty stupid but gibbons went around telling everyone about it so everyone should know how to do this **** now
 
Unity

Eventually every single one of us is going to screw up. If the cadre puts you on the spot and punishes others as a result dont let that break up the structural integrity of the company. Because remember eventually it will be you and the way you treat others is likely to be given back in return. Many times the cadre leave out important details about why things have happened, trying to cause problems within the unit. This is only a test to see how strong we are as a company. Dont jump to conclusions, help your classmates, and try not to take everything to heart, because that will lead to the downfall of the individual.

Priority

We must remember that we all came here for different reasons. It is very easy to become distracted from your (personal) final goal. Try not to let minor distractions take up too much of your time and effort because it will eventually lead you very far off track. Support classmates and remind them of the benefits. We dont need anyone else to quit.
 
Your daily routine go by this and you wont fail your MRI

Copy and paste this on a doc print if off and tape it to the back of your door.
And remember Wednesday you have Personal inspection so make sure you have another pair of shoes shined and a second set of brass ready to go

Morning Routine
1. Put away linens, make rack
2. Hygiene( shave, deodorant, brush teeth)
3. Put on proper uniform of the day ensure shoes and brass are shined.
4. Straighten up room(nothing left sitting out)
5. Sweep, take out trash(optional)
Before lunch formation
1. SHINE YOUR SHOES BRASS… ECT
2. Straighten up room
Before evening formation
1. Shine shoes, brass…ECT
2. Make sure room is not a mess
Before Lights out
1. Prepare uniform for next day (Iron and shine)
2. Hygiene (shave, brush teeth, shower)
3. Put things away before you go to sleep

Shine shoes under rack
Clean bottom of Full Press
Cut Trashcan Circles
