I am comparing the two schools and trying to decide which one to attend. Can people weigh in on the pros and cons of each? I would be doing Army ROTC.

    Thanks!

PJ01720...my best advice is you visit each of the institutions...if you have not already done so. All of the Senior Military Colleges offer great opportunities. Each does things a little different...but all are fine schools for training future officers. Of course academics, athletics, facilities, etc., are important...but what is most important is "fit." Another words...when you drive off the campus after a visit...do you see yourself "fitting" in with the people/Cadets you have just met. No matter which institution you select...the end goal will be the same. Good luck!

It would just come down to what kind of experience youd want. The Citadel would give you more of an intense military environment. While at VT (especially as an upperclassman) its kind of a hybrid. I suggest you go and visit both before making a decision.
