I am confused about a ROTC portal status:

You are currently an active eligible applicant for an Army ROTC Scholarship. If all of the items below have been received then we have everything in order for your file to be reviewed by the Board.

Transcript: Received
SAT/ACT Scores: Received
Interview: Received
Physical Fitness Test: Received
School Choice: Received
Academic Major: Received
Medical: Not Received
Cadet Background and Experience Form: Received

You have been selected for an interview. Please contact the Professor of Military Science at the school of your choice.

What does that last bit mean? The status shows that the interview was received.

Thank you.

The bottom part doesn't mean anything. Even after they recieve your interview, it will still say that

Contact the ROO of #1 School on your application - Battalion should be able to give an updated status at this point.

If your portal still looks like that today, then you have not yet been offered a scholarship.

When you are offered a scholarship the portal changes to look like this:

You have been offered an Army ROTC Scholarship. We must receive your acceptance/declination by the date in your letter or the offer will be withdrawn. Your name will be sent to DODMERB the day your winner letter is printed. There will be about 72 workweek hours prior to being able to see your name in the DODMERB system. If you have already had a DODMERB physical performed, Cadet Command will request that information from DODMERB. If you have not taken a DODMERB physical, Cadet Command will submit your information to DODMERB who will notify you to schedule a physical.

You have been offered an Army ROTC Scholarship at...

pending medical qualification from Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board (DODMERB). If you have already had a DODMERB physical performed, Cadet Command will request that information from DODMERB. If you have not taken a DODMERB physical, Cadet Command will submit your information to DODMERB who will notify you to schedule a physical.
