mnolan - congrats on D's conditional appointment! I was waiting and waiting and finally saw on DODMERB website Wednesday that I was medically "qualified." Received phone call from Admissions Office on Thursday that appointment offer is now in the mail :biggrin:.
 
Son's USCGA "acceptance package" arrived today.

VERY nice white "leather" bound official appointment folder, along with lots of forms (uniform measurements, banking, life insurance, immunization proof, hometown news release forms, etc).

Even a R-day parking pass! :thumb:

But no Cadet Handbook or Parents Handbook, as the letter states?

Perhaps it was not printed yet and will be sent later?

To quote an admissions officer who posted on the official USCGA bulletin board this morning:

"We still might pull a couple of people off of the waitlist, but the class is pretty much full at this point."
