Accepted, academically, to the Citadel! Just what I needed was more options.. haha

An update: I am almost 100% confident I will be attending the Citadel as a Knob in fall. It has been hard for me to transition between the applying phase of my life to the decision phase of my life. When I was applying I really did not want to get excited or bank on one particular college because I knew I could easily be denied. But now the only thing standing in my way is myself.

Good luck to everyone else

GoBlue, In my not so humble opinion, if the academies don't come through for you, Rose Hulman is a no brainer. By far, the best of your remaining options. (and I'm not a biased alum). Unless, of course, you want to attend a school with a good football team--then you have to consider the others.

Congratulations.

My daughter did make her decision official. She will be attending North Georgia in the fall! I am so excited for her. She is going to attend the leadership weekend in April as well.

Congratulations! She has some great times waiting for her! My DS is at VMI, but when he visited North Georgia a couple of years ago, he was surprised at how much he liked it. If he hadn't gotten into VMI, he would have happily attended there!
