    Hello all

I have a question about class ranking in high school. I know everyone says it, but I actually go to an extremely competitive school, a school consistently ranked as the best high school in the country.

It does not do class ranks, how will the USNA evaluate that portion of my academics?

On a related note, if my school did rank, and I finished around th 50th percentile mark (but with an ACT composite of 35), how would that be viewed by the USNA.

USNA as well as other schools will use your school profile to help determine how competitive your school is and approximately where you rank vs. your peers.

This is a good question for an admissions officer.

My son had the same question with regard to his West Point application, and learned that West Point will use standardized test scores to approximate a rank if the school does not rank.
