A science course? Unless you have taken all the science courses at your high school, AP Physics or AP Chem would be a good choice.

It's better to take a hard science junior AND senior year. Take AP Chem junior year and AP Physics senior year (or vice-versa). You should have 4 years each of math, science, English, social studies/history - the hardest level available each year in which you can succeed.

Take AP Chem your JR year. USNA will look for how well you did in that on your transcripts! Then take AP Physics your senior year since you'll already have a physics grade on your transcripts.
