The Secretary of Homeland Security will join the Commandant of the Coast Guard and the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard at the Coast Guard Memorial on Arlington National Cemetery today at 1 p.m. EST to honor Coast Guard veterans.

The South Gate of Arlington National Cemetery will be opened at noon to allow quicker access to "Coast Guard Hill". The ceremony will kick off at 1 p.m. and should last about 20-30 mins.

If you have time today, please feel free to stop by. :thumb:

If you missed it, and you likely did, fear not, because it will be on C-SPAN with yours truly as the MC.

Haha, thanks. Weather was perfect. VP staying a little long made for an interesting transit for our Honor Guard.

Best regards to the most unapreciated service that is always there when you really need them:thumb: When you need them you really need them.
