each class has its own liberty policy, but if you're referring strictly to leave periods, there's thanksgiving leave (tues-sun I think), christmas leave (which this year was 17DEC through 04JAN), spring leave (05-12 march I think?), and summer leave, which depends on your summer training schedule.

What is the policy for each respective classes and leave? I hear if your doing good with grades etc you get more? Do certain companies get more than others?

with good grades, you can earn an extra long weekend and such. For a gpa above 3. something... i didn't get it.... as well as a good CER report, a A on the PFE or Honor company (which i did get). There are other oppurtunitites like prizes and stuff where you can win them.
You also have off every Sat. from noon to 0100
    Sunday from 0700 to 1800
you can route for shorts and longs if good reason and standing is given.
but they don't always go through.

There are also some long weekends here and there.

I live in DE, so i don't go home too often, but if there is a long weekend i will if there is not bigger leave for a while. Some time I plan on going to NY city and DC to visit and explore this spring on my longs. Expensive train tickets though......

most the time you are kept busy, so time goes by fast and you don't pay too much attention to stuff like that. And sometime you get bad luck, like me, and have duty during a long so you can't leave.
